Lately I have noticed that so many photographers are doing Boudoir Sessions. They seem to be "all the rage" for Valentines and/or Father's Day gift.
According to Wikipedia (I know take it or leave it), "A great deal of "boudoir" is now created in the photographer's studio or in luxury hotel suites, where it has become very fashionable to create a set of sensual images for women in "boudoir style". This often takes the shape of partly clothed images or images in lingerie, and has become more than just a passing fad for brides to surprise their future husbands. Although in the past there were many negative connotations associated with boudoir photography, in recent years the trend has begun to gain momentum, and the entire look of boudoir photography has begun to change."
Since I work a lot with photographers I have seen many and they are done very tastefully, but I guess I am just to bashful. I don't think I could actually do one. If I did my husband would be blown away, because obviously he knows me pretty well.
Have you done one or would you do one as a gift for your special someone????
I would love, love, love to do one! But I think I'd have to have a glass of wine beforehand to calm my nerves. ;)
